La Comisión de Trabajo y Previsión Social de la LXVI Legislatura de la Cámara de Diputados del Honorable Congreso de la Unión, encargada del análisis y dictamen de la Minuta aprobada por el Senado de la República que propone reformar, adicionar y derogar diversas disposiciones de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, en materia de reducción de la jornada laboral, con fundamento en lo dispuesto en los artículos 71, fracción 11; 72 y 73 de la Constitución Política de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos; 39; 40; 45 y demás relativos aplicables de la Ley Orgánica del Congreso General de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos; y 80; 81; 82; 85; 157; 176; 177; 182; 183; 187 y demás relativos aplicables del Reglamento de la Cámara de Diputados, formula el presente:

The Labor and Social Welfare Committee of the LXVI Legislature of the Chamber of Deputies of the Honorable Congress of the Union, responsible for the analysis and opinion on the Bill approved by the Senate of the Republic that proposes to amend, add to, and repeal various provisions of the Federal Labor Law regarding the reduction of the workday, pursuant to the provisions of Articles 71, Section II; 72 and 73 of the Political Constitution of the United Mexican States; 39; 40; 45 and other applicable provisions of the Organic Law of the General Congress of the United Mexican States; and 80; 81; 82; 85; 157; 176; 177; 182; 183; 187 and other applicable provisions of the Rules of Procedure of the Chamber of Deputies, issues the following:
