Tenemos el honor de remitir a usted para sus efectos constitucionales, el expediente con la Minuta Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones a los artículos 3o. Ter y 132 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, con número CD-LXVI-Il-2P-103 aprobado en esta fecha por la Cámara de Diputados del Honorable Congreso de la Unión.
POR EL QUE SE REFORMAN Y ADICIONAN DIVERSAS DISPOSICIONES A LOS ARTÍCULOS 3o. TER Y 132 DE LA LEY FEDERAL DEL TRABAJO
Artículo Único.- Se reforma la fracción XXXIII del artículo 132 y se adicionan una fracción VIII al artículo 3o. Ter y una fracción XXXIV al artículo 132 de la Ley Federal del Trabajo, para quedar como sigue:

LAW AMENDING AND ADDING VARIOUS PROVISIONS TO ARTICLES 3 TER AND 132 OF THE FEDERAL LABOR LAW
Sole Article.—Section XXXIII of Article 132 is amended, and Section VIII is added to Article 3 Ter and Section XXXIV to Article 132 of the Federal Labor Law, to read as follows:
