La Comisión de Justicia de la Cámara de Diputados prevé sesionar el martes 24 de marzo, para discutir, y en su caso aprobar, el Proyecto de Decreto por el que se reforma la Ley General para Prevenir, Sancionar y Erradicar los Delitos en Materia de Trata de Personas y para la Protección y Asistencia de Víctimas de estos Delitos en materia de explotación laboral.
Se acota la explotación laboral a que exista coacción, amenaza, violencia física o moral, engaño o privación temporal de la libertad.

Deputies will discuss reform on labor exploitation in the Trafficking in Persons Law
The Justice Committee of the Chamber of Deputies is scheduled to meet on Tuesday, March 24, to discuss, and if necessary approve, the draft decree amending the General Law for Prevention, Punish and eradicate the crimes of trafficking in persons and for the protection and assistance of victims of these crimes in matters of labour exploitation.
Labour exploitation is restricted to coercion, threat, physical or moral violence, deception or temporary deprivation of liberty.
